I think it is and it isn't becaue if they do they can get caught by the population police and get thrown in jail and parents killed so they can't just take it back and go back to live the way they used to. I think they should becaue what if it works and the rally is a success and they get to be like normal kids and people won't be so afraid to have other kids.So whatI really think Luke should do is wait on the sidelines and if the rally goes well paticipate and if it doesnt go back home.

My dogs name is Princess, I swim three times a week, have friends from the city come over, and watch T.V. when ever I can.
